Week 2- Mise En Place
This week is designed to either recapped Kitchen Safety and Knife Skills to you, if you were here last week or introduce it to you, if you were not.
It also will introduce the importance of preparation and planning before beginning cooking, this is called Mise En Place and revise Table Manners.

Week 4 - Time Management
This week is designed to help you get organised in the kitchen and plan your cooking. This follows on from last week and Mise En Place.
Time Plan
Time plan can be done in your head and will tell you what time and when things needs to be done. In this week practical you and your group will make a plan for the the recipe, timing out what needs to be done and when.
